Privacy notice

We collect only the information needed to respond to service requests and understand whether the website is useful.
When you submit an estimate request, we receive the contact and job information you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, city, requested service and job description. We use it to respond to your request, evaluate whether the work fits our services, and operate the business.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website, including pages visited and interactions such as clicks and scrolling. Clarity may provide session-replay and heatmap information. The estimate form is configured to be masked so submitted contact and job details are not intentionally exposed in session recordings.
We may also use Google Analytics to measure traffic sources, page activity and high-level conversion events. We do not send the contents of the estimate form to analytics platforms.
When an estimate is submitted, we may store limited attribution information with the lead, such as the first page visited, referring page and campaign parameters (UTM values). This helps us understand which pages and marketing sources produce real customer requests.
Do not send passwords, MFA codes or recovery codes through the estimate form. During service work, customers should enter credentials themselves when practical. Everett Smart Home does not need to retain customer passwords as part of normal service.
We do not sell customer lead information. Website and lead data may be processed by service providers used to operate the site and measure its performance, including Cloudflare, Microsoft Clarity and, when enabled, Google Analytics.
If you have a privacy question related to an estimate request, reply through the same contact channel used for your request.
