Can you work with devices I already bought?

Usually, yes. We start with what you already have and confirm whether the requested work fits our current setup and troubleshooting scope.

Do I need to know what kind of system I want?

No. Tell us what you want the home to do or what is not working. We can help figure out the technology side.

Do you work with Home Assistant?

Yes. We offer standardized Home Assistant setup for compatible homes as a whole-home smart hub option. The customer owns the hub, accounts and backups, and we focus on a supportable setup rather than an open-ended custom homelab.

Can you help if my smart devices keep going offline?

Yes. Wi‑Fi, app, account and configuration troubleshooting are core services.

Do you mount devices or do electrical work?

Not currently. Our launch scope is smart-home setup, configuration and troubleshooting. Physical mounting, in-wall wiring, electrical work and other regulated trade work are outside the current offering.
